1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PR TECHNOLOGIES ("AstroYaati", "we", "us") for using the AstroYaati app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use AstroYaati.

2. Who can use AstroYaati

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You may hold only one account. You must give true and complete information and keep your OTP and phone secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. What AstroYaati is

AstroYaati is an online platform that connects you with independent astrologers for chat, voice call, video and live sessions. The astrologers are independent service providers. They are not our employees, and their advice is their own. We verify astrologers before listing them, but we do not control or guarantee what they say.

4. Important disclaimer

Astrology is based on traditional knowledge and belief. Consultations are for guidance and personal reflection only. Results are NOT guaranteed, and predictions may not come true.

Astrology is NOT a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer or financial adviser. Do not stop medicines or treatment, or take major legal, medical or financial decisions, based only on a consultation. In an emergency, contact a doctor or the local emergency number (112).

Any remedy (mantra, gemstone, daan, puja, fast) is voluntary and at your own discretion. No astrologer may force you to buy anything.

5. Wallet, pricing and payments

• Each astrologer's per-minute price is shown before you start. Charges begin when the astrologer accepts and the session starts, and are deducted from your AstroYaati wallet per minute.
• You add money to the wallet through our payment partner Razorpay. Amounts are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
• Wallet balance can be used only for services on AstroYaati. It is not cash or a bank deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another person.
• If your balance runs low during a session, the app will warn you. The session ends when the balance is used up, unless you recharge.
• Gifts sent in live sessions are voluntary and cannot be refunded once sent.

6. Offers: free chat and recharge bonus

• Free chat: a first-time customer may get one free chat of limited length, as shown in the app. It is given once per person, mobile number and device.
• Recharge bonus: when shown in the app, an eligible recharge may receive a one-time bonus credit. Bonus amounts are promotional. They cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and are used only after your paid balance where applicable.
• Deleting your account and registering again does not make you eligible again. We keep a protected record for this purpose (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may refuse, cancel or reverse offers if we detect misuse, such as multiple accounts or fake details. We may change or end any offer at any time.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: if a session could not start, or failed because of a technical problem on our side, the charged amount is returned to your wallet. Unused recharge money (not bonus) can be refunded to the original payment method on request. Completed consultations are not refunded just because you disagree with the predictions or advice.

8. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• abuse, threaten, harass or use obscene, hateful or sexual language with astrologers or other users;
• share or ask for phone numbers, social media handles or payment details in order to move consultations outside AstroYaati;
• ask for anything illegal or meant to harm another person;
• record, screenshot or publish consultations or other people's details without their consent;
• create fake accounts, misuse offers, make false complaints or chargebacks, or interfere with the app's security;
• post false or misleading reviews.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

9. Reviews, reports and blocking

You may rate and review astrologers after a completed session. Reviews must be honest and respectful, and we may remove reviews that break these Terms. You can report or block an astrologer from their profile. Our team reviews reports and acts on them as required by the IT Rules, 2021, including removing unlawful content.

10. Content and intellectual property

The app, its design, logos, text and software belong to PR TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or resell them. When you post reviews or send content, you allow us to store and display it as needed to run the service.

11. Limitation of liability

AstroYaati provides the platform "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you take based on any consultation, or for the acts of astrologers or other users. We are also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation in question. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. What happens to your data after deletion is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be shown in the app with a new date, and continuing to use AstroYaati means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bari will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law. Please contact our Grievance Officer first, so that we can try to resolve any issue quickly.
