Astrologer Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and PR TECHNOLOGIES ("AstroYaati") for providing consultation services through the AstroYaati Astrologer app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Astrologer Privacy Policy.

2. Independent consultant

You join as an independent professional, not as an employee, agent or partner of AstroYaati. You are responsible for your own services, taxes and compliance. AstroYaati will deduct TDS or other taxes from your earnings where the law requires it, and will issue the related certificates.

3. Eligibility and verification

You must be 18 or older and give true details, documents and bank information. Your profile goes live only after AstroYaati approves it. We may ask you to verify again at any time. You may hold only one astrologer account.

4. Profile and pricing

Your profile must be truthful. Do not make false claims about qualifications, experience or results. Prices are shown as set or approved by AstroYaati. Gallery photos and bank detail changes need admin approval.

5. Professional conduct

• Be polite and respectful to every customer.
• Accept requests only when you are really available. Turn chat or call OFF when you are away. Repeatedly missing or rejecting requests can reduce your visibility.
• Do not share your phone number, social media, payment details or any link that takes customers outside AstroYaati. Do not ask customers to pay you directly.
• Do not sell or promote any products, services, websites or other companies to customers.
• Do not use abusive, sexual, hateful or threatening language, or ask for personal favours.
• Do not record, screenshot or share consultations or customer details.

6. Advice standards

• Do not guarantee results, or create fear (for example, warnings of death or disaster) to push remedies.
• Do not give medical, legal or financial advice, or tell customers to stop medicines or treatment. Ask them to consult a qualified professional.
• Remedies you suggest must be safe, legal and voluntary, and must not harm the customer or anyone else.
• Never suggest anything illegal, including harming another person.

7. Earnings and payouts

• Your share of each completed consultation, and of gifts, is shown in the app and credited to your AstroYaati wallet.
• Payouts are made to your approved bank account as per the payout cycle shown in the app.
• If a customer gets a refund because of your fault (for example no response, misconduct or a deliberate disconnection), the related earning may be reversed.
• Earnings linked to fraud, fake sessions or misuse may be withheld while we investigate, and may be forfeited.

8. Live sessions

Live sessions must follow the same conduct rules. No obscene, hateful, misleading or illegal content, and no promotion of other platforms or products. AstroYaati may end a live session or remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Reports and complaints

Customers can report you, and you can report customers, from inside the app. AstroYaati reviews reports and may warn, restrict or suspend accounts. You can block customers who misbehave.

10. Suspension and account deletion

AstroYaati may suspend or remove your account for breaking these Terms or the law, or after repeated genuine complaints. You may delete your account from Settings > Delete Account. Your profile is hidden at once, and pending earnings are settled after verification. Data retention after deletion is explained in the Astrologer Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property and content

You allow AstroYaati to display your name, photo, profile and reviews in the app and in its promotions while your account is active. The app and the AstroYaati brand belong to PR TECHNOLOGIES.

12. Liability and indemnity

You are responsible for the advice you give. You agree to compensate AstroYaati for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of the law. To the extent the law allows, AstroYaati is not liable for indirect losses or loss of earnings caused by downtime.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bari will have exclusive jurisdiction.
