Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when money paid on AstroYaati is returned. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. When you get a refund to your wallet

Your chat or call request was not accepted, timed out or was cancelled before the session started. No money is charged in these cases. If money was held, it is released automatically.
The session failed or disconnected because of a technical problem on AstroYaati's side, and you were charged for time you could not use.
The astrologer did not respond, or the session clearly did not take place, even though you were charged.
A recharge was debited from your bank but not added to your wallet. This is usually fixed automatically within a few minutes. If not, contact support with the payment ID.

3. Refund of unused wallet balance

You can ask for a refund of the unused money you recharged by writing to support@astroyaati.com from the app's Support chat. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Bonus amounts, promotional credits, free chat value and gifts already sent are not refundable.

4. When refunds are not given

For a completed consultation, only because you did not like or agree with the prediction or advice.
For time lost because of a problem with your own internet, phone or settings.
For gifts sent in live sessions.
Where we find misuse, fraud or violation of our Terms.

5. How to ask for a refund

Open Support chat in the app, or write to support@astroyaati.com, within 7 days of the session or payment. Include the date, the astrologer's name and the order or payment ID if you have it. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours, and usually decide within 7 working days.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel a chat or call request any time before the astrologer accepts it, without any charge. You can end a running session at any time using the End button, and you are charged only for the time used.
