Delete your AstroYaati account
You can delete your account at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
- Open the AstroYaati app and log in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete Account, read the notice, tick "I understand" and tap Delete.
Astrologers can do the same from Settings → Delete Account in the AstroYaati Astrologer app.
Can't open the app?
Email support@astroyaati.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We will verify that the number is yours with an OTP, then delete the account within 7 days.
Please finish any running chat or call first. Unused wallet balance is lost after deletion. Ask Support for a refund of unused recharge money before you delete.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, kundli and family details, following list and settings, straight away
- Your name and photo in astrologers' chat history (shown as "Deleted user")
- Your login
What we keep, and why
